I got a solution for taking up space in your truck.

Safety Cone Holder

Truck mounted, these safety cone holders may be attached to the front or back of a truck. Stacked cones will stay organized and in place during transit. Made of mild steel, the holders will not break like plastic versions. Comes with four holes for easy mounting. $31 each. (quantity discount available)

You'd have to worry about thievery if you stored your cones on the back bumper .

Forget the cones, tow a mobile billboard around, you can park it sideways many feet behind your truck and solve so many of your problems at once.
