Start with a cup of white vinegar plus one cup of isopropyl alchohol and one cup of water, mixed in a spray bottle.

If you need stronger stuff, there are many products such as Kaboom, OxyClean, and ScumBuster just for this purpose.

Also try Greased Lightning - it's amazing what that stuff can clean.

Other than the alcohol/vinegar (which can be used on multi-surfaces BTW)

The Oxy-Clean products are almost as versatile on tough stains.
Examples:
Pet Stains
Baked on BBQ grease.

..because you can mix the strength for a particular job. (I use powder version.)
