CH Inlet Filter

What is causing my CH inlet filter to blow out the bottom of my wall mount combi boiler? I ran the system for five days then it blew out. Am I running the pump speed too fast? Should I look at check valves/ remove? Not sure what I am doing wrong

Post some of the photos you attached in the thread you have going over at Heating Help:

But, looking at the attached photo from The Wall thread- the valve to the left of the circulator pump flange valve should probably be opened- not closed as it is in your photo. Closing that valve with the pump running could blow out the strainer/filter.

Maybe post some photos with the valve handles in their current positions....
