I'm hoping someone might be able to ID this without my having to pull the cartridge. Unfortunately there are no identifying marks on the valve body to give me any kind of a clue. I'm just trying to find a compatible trim kit.

The valve is made by Liquid Accents. Manufactured and sold by BCI Acrylic, only available through their installers. Would be cheaper and easier to replace with any off the shelf trim/valve kit from the big box stores. The operation style is weird on these (the way you need to turn the handle) and may be difficult to get replacement parts later.
