I'm looking for procedures on cleaning a Alpine 105 propane boiler. I can do the work, but would rather know what comes apart in what order, and any gaskets and such that should be replaced, or are likely to need replaced before I start.

Unfortunately, even though the Alpine has been a great boiler, nobody in the area will service them, and Burnham isn't of any help. If I knew when I purchased it and installed it five years ago, that even now no one wants to service them, I would have got something different.

Any direction or information would be greatly appreciated.

You can't service the boiler without the proper combustion analyzing equipment. There is nothing that comes apart and no soot to vacuum out. Servicing consists of checking the safety controls and making sure gas pressures are correct and combustion is clean. None of which can be done without proper equipment. I find it hard to believe that no one will service it for you. Do you really mean no one , or no one that will do it cheaply.
