I am in the process of converting my home from oil to NG. I have hydronic in floor radiant heat and domestic hot H2O supplied by a boiler (photo). Specifics are: Boiler – Buderus G115/4; Burner – Riello 40-F3; Water Heater – Buderus TBS LT 160. Everything works great so I’m disinclined to change out the boiler. I have a pretty good mechanical background but reworking all the controls is above my pay scale. So my question is: Can I just change out the burner? With?
Any help and/or advice will be greatly appreciated. My fuel bills are over the top.
