What is best, brass or stainless steel for a constant pressure well manifold? Both are about the same price give or take - copper and/or brass will be connected to the manifold if that matters.

Also since I am replacing my manifold, I have to move my 2 gallon pressure tank over - made by Well X Trol - they cost about $50 for a new tank, is it a good idea to spend the $50 and replace the pressure tank as PM - how long does these things last? Mine is probably 10-20 years old...

Stainless looks nice, but can be difficult to get leak free. I'd replace the tank with another Well X Trol.
