Brackets for tub valve

I seen a picture on the internet of a guys install and he used the kind of bracket below to help support his valve. Does anyone know what this is or something similar?

I wish. There are 2'' vent pipes in the way.

I wonder if you could use the adjustable brackets that span between joists for mounting ceiling fans.

I ended up using a bracket that is made for ceiling fan boxes for joist. Thanks guys!
