Bathtubs factory level?

Not the cast iron tubs. Those need to be shimmed, or use a ledger board at the wall.
Some of the acrylic tubs are machined to be flat.

I always the check the floor with a level first. Shimming if needed. Most of the time on new construction things are fairly level. I rarely find floors that are level on remodels though.
