My new bathtub has a very large angle (22 degrees) that no universal drain kit assembly can accommodate. All the beveled gaskets seem to work for up to 10 degrees. I see that a flexible pipe option is available, but the plate that comes with it is not very attractive. I wanted to use a Delta kit that was made with polypropylene pipe, but i would be pigeon holed into using the beveled gasket to meet my angle since I can't glue an elbow to meet my angle. Anyone else ever run into this issue with a large angle tub? Could I caulk two gaskets together?

might just go with the pvc kit and glue in my angle. i will just have to sacrifice using the delta trim plate/drain since matching the screws would be an issue i'm sure.
