So I am in finish line of framing up my basement and the one area I do not know about it bathroom layout. I know the spacing needed for the toilet and which drain pipe is for the toilet but the other 2 have me confused. Is one a sink or is one a vent pipe or is one a shower drain.

I have included the spacing in the photos. There is alot of room between where the door will be and the pipes so that is not an issue. Any insight would be appreciated so it can be laid out properly.

The lav is by the door, the toilet comes next, then the farthest from the door is a tub or shower. If it's a tub, the drain will be 14.5" from the far wall and in front of the plumbing wall.
If it's a shower, the drain could be centered.

Of course the tub/shower will be a vent, and the lav is waste, that then gets vented.
The two vents tie together, and then they need either an AAV or up through the roof.
An AAV needs to be accessible and needs air. They make boxes with grills for them.
