I have been working on this bacteria fix for a long time now. The amount of copper you would need in a well depends on many things. I just built a new SS Copper unit that I an sure would benefit most wells. 8' of SS hand railing to the door for $67.68 and 50 feet of Soft copper tubing for $39.27 to the door. For a total of$106.95. 8 feet of railing will ship UPS. I tied the coil if copper to the railing every foot with the bare wire from Romex house wiring. Giving about 300 coils of copper. Good luck.
