Anyone know how to connect this oil tank valve?

I got a tank with this valve, I don't know how to connect this. anyone know can show me a picture how this be connected

That looks like part of a hand priming pump for a diesel engine. You may need to remove that and attach a proper valve for an oil drum.

I think it could be part of a valve but part of it was removed and that was screwed in to fill the hole. Here is a link to so heating oil valves with a similar part:

That is the shut off valve and it looks like a the male feed line screws into it.

Just measure the size.
