Advice on Vent Layout

The vent needs continuous slope back towards the fixture on the far right.

It cant go down and up and back down again.

If your layout is for the first floor then the pipe from the 2nd floor bathroom is a drain not a vent and you cannot connect to it.

This is awkward, but...
