I found this fitting and I'd like to use it in this configuration. Any problems with this?

No, but it is NOT a street elbow.
Thanks for the info. I didn't know what to call it so I cut and pasted the description from the web site where I found the picture. I knew dohicky elbow with a thing on the side wasn't the right name.

That's a low heel inlet.
It can be used with the 2" pointing up for the vent.
I've never used it with the 2" on the horizontal. I can't think of a way that could be done legally. But yes on the 2" on the top for the vent.

I just installed this piece for the first time, and am using it to wet vent through my bathroom sink. Do you think there's an issue if there's a small sink draining into it? I'm also using 1 1/2" for the wet vent, as the wall cavity behind the sink is only 1 3/4" thick.

This is for a toilet and sink in a 2 x 4 foot closet space - definitely a challenge!
