I had a flood and my pilot went out I let it dry and lite it again it did but now I'm not getting any hot water??

This is exactly the problem many folks faced in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and more recently on the east coast after the recent tropical storm. Once a gas heater's valve has been flooded, it is ruined beyond repair. A repairman could not touch it. Sorry for your loss.
