    all our lines are saldered in. we are leaking from the on/off handle even though water is off. no valves besides main shut off.

    we are trying to replcae the bathtub, we took off the faucet and single handle, but it wont stop leaking. The water is off but it keps dripping. It is leaking from the handle, but it leaks from the faucet if we put the handle back on. please help
