I just got the quote from the plumber: $200 extra labor. The Kohler cast iron tub was also about $200 than a comparable acrylic. So we decided that an extra $400 has worth it.

We are think about replacing a 60"x30" cast iron alcove tub with a new model. We're prepared to pay a little extra for the cast iron tub but not sure how much more the installation would be.
Can anyone venture a guess?
I would not recommend that. I have the Drake and it does not clean very well. You can see that the water goes straight down without an swirling that helps clean the bowl.
