    Anyone seen this type of flush valve before? It's an American Standard

    Just walked into the downstairs bathroom to find water spilling out of the toilet lever. Opened the tank lid and this was the assembly. The valves are frozen, can't shut off the water or figure out how to adjust the level. Panicked, searching Google, nothing. In complete frustration I just...
