    Yes. I even took it out and tried without the filter.

    Turned off braker to tankless water heater. Next flipped shut off valve to inline filter. Next broke seal with special wrench and removed old filter. Replaced with new one. Placed canister back on tightening it. Turned on inlet valve and pushed relief valve on top of canister. Next...
