    Toto Drake: noise at end of fill

    I have a 9 year-old Toto Drake that has worked flawlessly over the years. Starting about a month ago, near the end of the fill a loud "woosh" sound is made. It seems to be coming from the blue part at the left-hand side (is that the fill valve?). Other than this, the toilet if functioning...
