    The reason your delta T is lower than expected is because the flow rate on the primary loop is higher than needed (under your test conditions).     Primary versus secondary loop temps Maybe this is a dumb question, but wouldn't it be a lot more efficient to not have primary and secondary loops at all? I understand the need if there is more than one zone, but if you pump the coldest water available back to the boiler isn't this the best?
