    RAINBIRD VALVE and L30 inlet pressure line

    MY sprinklers dont work. I thought it was the valve (rainbird) so I replaced it. REplaced diaphragm and the antisiphon cap. Water flows manually out of valve, I can see the water gushing. There is a L30 inline pressure valve. Its not passing it. I can tell because I dont feel the line...
