I have a leak coming out of the center of the small hole behind the handle when the valve is turned on. I have replaced the flat rubber seal at the end but it still leaks. Am I suppose to use the small o ring also? If so I don't know where it goes.
I have bought the rebuild kit,and I can't find where the small o ring goes on the stem. I have installed the new flat seal from the kit but the leak hasn't stopped coming out of the small hole in the stem.
