    Mansfield Alto 160 toilet product review

    Mansfield 160 toilet...help! After replacing the handle which broke and replacing the flush valve seal, the tank is holding water however the flush valve will not fall back down when flushed. Any suggestions to fix this blasted toilet? Thanks. Kim
