    Toilet won't flush after new gasket

    Greetings, Had a leak from the base of a Toto 1.6 gpf toilet in 1970s vintage house. No problem flushing. Removed toilet, installed new toilet bowl gasket. Now no leak, but toilet isn't flushing, bowl fills, but does not drain. Would appreciate any suggestions!
