    I have a 1hp well that pushes the water to my 1hp house jetpump.... the well pump is hooked up to 220V.... a tech recently told me I should switch my jetpump (which is currently set for 220V) from 220 back to 110V... He says it will be easier on the pump, plus save electricity.... curiousity...

    Underground required?

    My front yard is approx 600 feet long and 169 wide.. I have a 1 HP pump in 4" well at about 100 feet... I have a 1.25 PVC connection directly off of the Bladder tank for irrigation.. I also have a 4' fence that runs along the side of the property where the pump is. I would like to just run 1.25...
