Was hoping someone knows the size/type of "O" ring I need to get to correct a leaking zone valve ... I can see water escaping from the edges of the square cover plate that is held on with 4 screws ... so far the motor seems unaffected and no water damage (lucky) ... also I can remove the motor...

Have been lurking and based on this site I have decided to replace my 20 year old Ruud 50gal rental gas water heater with one of the BW GX series. But trying to make sure I choose the right one. So far the old 50 gal. tank seems to be adequate (but I think its useful life must be near an end)...
