    toilet won't refill if washer or dishwasher is on

    water pressure? Sounds like a water pressure issue more than anything else. I'm not sure anything other than a larger water line would take care of that.

    Toto Promenade? CST423 / CST424

    I searched and couldn't find much about the Toto Promenade line. I prefer the traditional styling as opposed to most of the Toto designs... a perfect fit into older homes and historical projects. Does anyone have one and have feedback -- positive or negative -- about it?
