    TOTO Nexus Toilet Tank flapper drops too soon

    Hi Folks: On this new installation of a TOTO Nexus tank, the flopper does not stay up to allow the tank to empty. The chain is tight so as to lift the flopper up high. Any help would be appreciated. --JB
