    In my opinion (I'm no expert) I would use Onix tubing over the subfloor and then Gypcrete or similar. The thermal mass of the system will be key for that even low temperature you are looking for. For a DIYer, the connections are simple - barbs and hose clamps vs. expensive crimpers or expanders...
