    Thanks for the advice. It worked for me. When I took the fill value apart, I didn't see any residue in the strainer. I put the value back together and my problem (delay in refilling) was resolved. Thanks, Doug What a great site!!

    Hi Terry, I have a problem with my Toto Drake toilets. The is occurring on several of them in my 2-year old house. When I flush the toilet, the bowl empties and the waste goes out. The tank does not refill right away, in fact, it can take 45 seconds for the tank to start refilling. also...
