Well works fine vast majority of time. Occasionally the pump will trip into current overload requiring a manual reset. I have noticed that there is some correlation with heavy use, like on a washing machine use day but not all the time. I'm using a pumpsaver plus model 111P . Any way to fix this? Is this a pump problem or a well problem. Water quality has no issues.

You motor should have a built in overload. The one on the pumpsaver is redundant. It is probably set a little closer than the one in the motor so it is tripping first. It says "overload 125% of calibration point". Maybe all you need to do is adjust the calibration on the pumpsaver.

With heavy use tripping on underload would be more common, as when pumping the well dry. But less than heavy use could be cycling the pump on and off enough to trip the overload. You should also check the air pressure in the tank as that much cycling could have also ruptured the bladder.
