Can anyone tell me if it is more common to find a 2" copper drain plugged or a 2" PVC drain?

Also, Should I just replace the copper drain pipe with PVC?

Thanks!

I'd say it's way more common to see blocked 2" copper, but that's mostly because it's likely older and had more time to develop a build up. It's uncommon though not unseen for copper DWV to be installed in a new build.

The only reason to replace copper drainage is if it's failing, it's installed poorly/has caused a lot of issues, or if it is quite old(50yrs+) -and- a major renovation will make it hard to replace in the future.

Personally I like to use no hub cast iron as the ells are long radius which makes snaking a lot easier and because of the mass CI is really quiet.

Also PVC requires a lot more Clevis hangers ( I hate band iron) as PVC can sag and cause back piching and bellies in the piping
