Master bath wet vent question

Long time listener, first time caller.

Have a second story master bath that's posing some problems because of load bearing and shear walls all over the place that are preventing an easy vent solution -- the only place I can get a vent up is the main stack and the lav. Trying to use the IPC bathroom wet vent diagram, and wanting to make sure I don't screw this up.

All trap arms are 4' or less, and everything is 2" or 3" per the attached diagram. All fittings on the horizontal are combo's.

My AHJ uses the IRC.

This is awkward, but...
