Boiler startup questions

Hello, when we turn on our Westinghouse 80k BTUh boiler on we do not hear the internal fan starting up that the manual describes. Could this be because the natural gas has not yet been turned on and so the boiler's gas sensor is smart enough to leave the fan off?

But, going forward, please quote your boiler model so we know what you have.

From reading your other posts, I suspect you have a rebadged HTP UFT-80W sold under the Westinghouse name.
