Had a TT Prestige Solo 110 professionally installed about 8 years ago. Been running great.
Due to a snow storm we've had a power outage for about 5 hours until I hooked up a new generator.
Everything else has come back on, but the Prestige Solo. Getting two errors: 6-116 and a 9-62.
The manual documentation says the 6-116 is from a "Power frequency deviation" and the 9-62 is a "Blocked burner". Is this caused from being on generator power? Does anyone know how to fix? Any bypass or workaround? (It's getting mighty cold).....

Is the generator running at 50 hertz?

Power surge could damage boards and the frequency deviation alarm possibly could block the burner

I hooked up a new generator

What kind of generator is it ?

Some of the cheap multi-meters will measure frequency.

For your neck of the woods it should be 60 cycles per second.

Good Luck.

With all of the snow, make sure that the inlet and outlet of the boiler are free of obstructions.
