Bio Bidet 1000 elongated - Toilet recommendation?

Hi Guys,

We are looking at getting a Bio Bidet 1000 elongated seat for my father to help him out.

We are also looking to get a higher toilet, maybe 45 cm or so.

Does anyone have any recommendations for toilets that this seat would fit?

Here's thought. Look at the Toto line. You can get a toilet with a bidet that is made for it. Seems to me that would be wiser and easier than trying to match the bidet with a toilet.

We already have the BB seat so I am afraid the toto is off.

The elongated toilet brand that I have found is Kohler. The Kohler site doesn't seem to hot on giving dimensions though.
