Hi, I was behind my washing machine and bumped the old drain pipe and it started leaking. I wiggled it some and it broke completely off. What is the best way to fix this? Any possibility of finding a bolt on replacement? Should I try to unscrew it from the wall?

Thanks in advance.

I found some standard drain parts that fit onto the metal pipe and it seems to be working

You have two possibilities.
1. Find a tubular washing machine trap which will connect to the elbow without any revisions, or,
2.Buy an "s" trap and connedt the outlet bend to your elbow. It will be to short so you will have to and an "extension" tube to it to make it tall enough.
