because it is a "cut off" type stem, that implies that it is not one of the "mainline" manufacturers, but rather one of the "specialty" companies like California Brass, Santec, Artistic, etc. which are typically NOT in the normal stem catalogs. You may have to take it to a company that specializes in that type of faucet to get a match. Or, if you have a Brown's Partsmaster (BPI) store in your area, they might be able to help.
