Upstairs Lav Downstairs Lav Wet Bar

Hello all - I'm trying to fix some plumbing I found during a remodel and add a wet bar in my dining room, while remodeling my downstairs bathroom. I've attached a couple pictures of prospective options but I was hoping to get some pro feedback.

One option is using a 2" double wye to bring all three into the wet stack. The other option is stacking santees.

The wet bar will be on the backside of where the downstairs lav is, if the pictures aren't clear I will adjust. Th
