Can a standpipe be installed on a 2-pipe jet pump system?

Can a standpipe be installed on a 2-pipe jet pump system that would allow replacing the foot valve without digging back down to the top of the well? Thanks!

Yep sure can.

You need the casing extended, a pitless for a 2 line jet, and a vented well cap. But why go through all that work and expense and not convert to a quieter, more efficient submersible?
