    Toilet tank now 4" from wall!

    I can't understand this! I replaced an old toilet over the same sewer pipe, which was not moved and now my new toilet tank is 4" from the wall. How did this happen? I installed an American Standard Cadet 3 toilet. I'm baffled and it looks horrible. Do I need another new toilet? Did I install...
