Here are pics of the old valve which has a probe, and the new configuration which has a bushing and the valve is inserted into the bushing... the threads on the bushing look the same... (mip). Old boiler bleed valves replacement
This is an old boiler from the 50's... It has bleed valves that are adjusted by screwdriver. The valves are stuck and a screwdriver is useless as the slots are mangled. I have found matching brass bushing with mip (?) threads. The new version of bleed valve is operated with a key, and is...- min
