    I see. A p-trap is the curvy pipe below any sink, right? What type of cap will these accept? Or more accurately, what do I ask for when I walk into Home Depot?

    When I remove the bidet, will I find a flange and wax ring as on a toilet? If I do, and simply cap it, wont the top of the cap be higher than the floor?

    Bought new (outdated) house, and it has a bidet I want to remove. I assume I do it same as a toilet, however, instead of simply capping it with screw in flange plug I would there to be nothing higher than floor level. That is, I want the pipe plugged and covered level so it is not tripped over...
