We've been in the water industry since 2005. I, personally, am certified in several fields with the WQA and is not limited to other fields. Most of my knowledge is from the field as well as theoretical knowledge. I've graduated with a background in biology and specialty in genetics. I really enjoy the industry and the challenge of solving problems. Although I may not know everything, I'm sure I can figure something out. =)
