I am not a plumber but seem to remember reading or hearing about a saddle type cleanout attachment that could be attached after an access or hole is cut in the side of the pipe. If such a thing exists you could use an angle grinder with a diamond blade and attach the saddle. ??? - Don

Thank for the tip, I'll look but I doubt that one pipe is reverse threaded. The part of the pipe with the valve is actualy on the out side of the brick chimney about a 1/4" from the brick. If I could just cut the pipe with my recip saw this would have been easy. - don
