Hi Mark. :) Agreed. Another good alternative is Phenoseal, and I'm personally a *little leary* of silicone in bathroom environments. Once mildew gets into the stuff, it's impossible to get it out. Grrrrrrrr. :D Al

Not to mention that inside the fitting cup you can't fit a whole lot of paste, so when the solder replaces it through it's capilary action, there isn't much left to worry about. Did I just say not to mention that? :rolleyes: :) *Most* of the paste comes to the outside. ;) Al

As Kristi mentioned, simply turn on the water, but take the aerator of the faucets first. :) Al
