    We love our 500. But the power went out and the power and remote haven't reset. We can't find the manual right now; I know this happened before but it resolved itself. Any ideas?

    Toto Neorest 500 seat height

    We have an Ultramax ADA height and love it; we are planning on getting two more for our new house plus a Neorest 500 for our master bath. We are having difficulty figuring out whether, and how much, we should raise the Neorest base to achieve an ADA height for it. Anyone ever work this out?

    We installed and loved the Porcher Kallista; never plugged up, whereas our Kohler did often; relatively quiet as works are inside wall.
