Just bumping.
If you are a sports fan in Seattle, this should be fun.
You will be able to meet plenty of sports figures that you normally only see from the stands.

ESPN did a nice story on Seattle's Big Lo and Seattle sports year in football.
Our three teams only got five wins.
The Washington Huskies didn't have any wins.

I talked to Shannon about the fund raising. It raised over $10,000 for Big Lo's medical bills.

There was live music, a roast with media personalities, and lot's of fans helping out.
It was a pretty cool party.

There is a show on TV about a woman who has to lose weight or she will die, her name is Ruby. She weighed 700 some pounds and now down to 394, this is without surgery. She put together a regime for herself, and I think you could find information about her on the net, just google, Ruby, maybe. She is very very inspiritional to others sharing the same problem.

Losing weight can control diabetes.
